Kevin is a seasoned Director of Photography, specializing in both live-action and stop-motion. He uses light and composition as critical tools for storytelling. His portfolio consists of commercials, music videos, and narrative films.

Raised on the West Side of Chicago, Kevin was drawn to painting in his teenage years, inspired by hip-hop and Black culture. This interest evolved into a deep appreciation for visual composition, using colour and texture to evoke emotions.

Kevin furthered his passion for cinematography at the California College of the Arts, where he was fortunate to learn from industry experts, including the likes of Oscar award winner Barry Jenkins and Cheryl Dune. After completing his studies, he gained hands-on experience on film sets in Los Angeles. Over a span of 7 years, he worked in the lighting department working up to gaffer, before committing to his ultimate passion, serving as a director of photography.

In 2020, Kevin relocated to the UK with his wife and two children. Today, he continues to pursue his passion for cinematography in the South East.
